I am certainly not done, but here are a few pictures of the quilt I am attempting for Simon. I cut up all the squares, sewed them into strips, then sewed all the strips together. Now I just have to learn how to sew the back on and add the batting. I am hoping to take more pictures of the process. My mom is teaching me, but I want to be able to do it by myself once she is no longer around. That way, in two years when I make my next attempt I might be able to still do it.

Looking good! I want to make another one of these. They are so fun and not too hard. You'll have to show it to me in person when we visit.
