glasses but no photo

My sweet 4 year old boy has gotten glasses.  He looks mighty handsome!!!
We went with black plastic frames because we thought they would hold up well.  And they have.. so far.  It has only been 4 weeks, but they are still in one piece.  S is very good about keeping them on his face.  They help him see, so he likes to wear them.  Thank goodness!  His eyes are even getting better.  He might not even have to get a patch.

I will need to get a picture up.  He lookes like quite the hipster.  He is such a trendy little guy... of course since they are trendy be aware that Daddy picked out the frames and not Mommy.

The little guy is 20 months old and doing well.  He smiles and gives his older brother hugs and kisses every morning, and S being the kind big brother gives it back to him.  It makes my heart swell with love and pride my little ones love each other so much.

He love to hold his little brother.  He still asks too, although the little one is not quite into it anymore... since he can WALK and all.
 My little cutie...

More kids!

I will try to do this again since we have another kid... he need to get some view time as well.

Last fall from most these pictures... but they were the easiest to find to add.

Simon Update

We haven't done a very good job of adding posts over the past 2 months. This is a slide show of many pictures from what we've done over the past couple of months. Hopefully this is enjoyable. We will try to do a better job of adding to the blog in the future.

I love this picture. Simon is standing with us... he seems so grown up!
Playing house.

Peekaboo!

"I love playing outside"

An early shot of when he started walking ALOT. He was walking some, but he came back from church once and he wouldn't stop. And he hasn't stopped since. He is getting much quicker these days.

Just swingin'

Simon and his cousin Will. Simon has already got the hang of tattling..."Momma, Will has dirt on his face!!!"

If I Had A Hammer

While Peter, Paul, and Mary had lots of noble things planned for their hammers, Simon's not too sure exactly what he wants to do with his. Frankly, I think he's still trying to figure out how to put just one more thing in his hand/mouth and walk at the same time. Too bad he's way too young for gum, we could put that notion to bed right now.

"My Name is Sue, How Do You Do"

This goat was looking for the "dirty, mangy dog that named him Sue." Thankfully he realized that it was neither Simon nor his Aunt Sarah. Simon learned an important lesson about boundaries and goats: Stay with Aunt Sarah to be safe.
